I started working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2012 on multiple implementations using versions 4, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 and 365 including product extension such as Unified Service Desk, Portal Capabilities, Field Service and Project Service Automation. I hold 11 Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications that covering most of these product versions.
Currently I work for a Microsoft gold partner with the role of Technical Team Manager of two teams based in Italy and Albania; my principal scope is to manage technical resources and projects technical phases as required from Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
